THE STORY OF THE MULLET

In October of 2016, my construction company was getting ready to embark on a large commercial project. In lieu of renting a job site trailer, I bought a 1971 Airstream for our site office. Being the beer lover that I am, I joked with my team about putting the office equipment in the front of the trailer and the lounge in the rear. “Business in the front, party in the back!” I exclaimed as the name of the Airstream was born; “The Rollin’ Mullet.”

Cool as shit outdoor bar in Seminole Heights. The Rollin' Mullet was created to provide a safe space for all people to celebrate life, community, and beer. In our unique open-air bar and food truck concept, beer and wine will flow from our 1971 Airstream, with food rollin' out from the food truck close by. Grab your friends and enjoy this interactive outdoor space right in the heart of Seminole Heights.

Omg! Found this GREAT outdoor spot by accident ..just trying to grab a drink and see the football game! And what a find we found! Fantastic service! Great BEER! and delicious Philly steak sandwich! What was really nice the owner came over and thanked us for stopping by her spot! She even Gave me a sour beer to try! Delicious! I must say she made us feel welcomed and appreciated! I highly recommend this joint! Great new spot in seminole Heights! And ohh so many TV's!

Such a fun place! They have an Airstream as their bar and it's all under a nice covered patio. There are plenty of seating options and some that have fun outdoor games too. They have a giant connect four, corn hole and some other fun games. They have a nice beer selection and the food is good too. Can't wait to come back! The special hot honey chicken wrap was excellent that day!! Great place for a casual friend get together or work gathering.
